1-2-1 Sound Healing Therapy - Wimbledon
Personalized experience designed to restore balance and harmony to your mind, body, and spirit.
Service Description
What you can expect from my Sound Healing Therapy/Sound Bath: My Sound Healing therapy sessions last approximately 55 minutes with 45 minutes of Sound Healing Therapy. Upon arrival, you'll be greeted with a soothing cup of herbal tea. We will engage in a brief discussion to understand your reasons for seeking sound therapy and whether you have any specific areas of health you would like to focus on and set intentions accordingly. If you are interested, I can assess your breathing technique and guide you through a healthy and calming breathing exercise. As a Pranayama Breathwork Teacher, I believe this is an integral part of the healing process. Next, you will be invited to lie down in a specially prepared cosy space. A soft blanket, pillow, silk eye mask, and a knee pillow (if needed) will be provided to ensure your utmost comfort. All you need to do is relax and surrender to the sounds of the instruments. Towards the end of the session, I'll gently guide you back to the room, as you'll have spent approximately 45 minutes in an alpha or, more likely, theta brainwave state, a deeply relaxed state of consciousness where true healing can occur. Following the therapy, you'll have some additional time to relax, savor another cup of tea, and share your experience if you feel inclined.
